Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support
- Process mortgage files after initial approval is completed.
- Verify required documentation and review files.
- Issue closing instructions
- Fund loans and check in packages to be reviewed for accuracy.
- Close all adverse files and make sure they are in compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A high school education is required.
- Some previous work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of procedures in processing and closing mortgage loans.
- Knowledge of M/L programs and products.
- Knowledge of M/L compliance regulations that pertain to loan processing.
- Must be well organized, and have ability to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel required.
- Access and M/L Applications Systems knowledge preferred
Customer Service Representative – Various Branches

Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Act as the receptionist/secretary.
- Open new accounts; open and redeem safe deposit box contracts.
- Sell and redeem CDs.
- Assist with bookkeeping questions and help as needed to serve our customers as efficiently as possible.
- Take incoming and outgoing wires
- Prepare monthly bank statements.
- Issue pulse cards.
- Sell and place IRA’s on distribution.
Requirements:
A high school diploma is required, some college is preferred and a minimum of 2 years of general banking experience. Teller, new accounts, CDs and general operations experience is helpful. Typing skills of 45-50 wpm, 10-key by touch, PC literacy, and general clerical and secretarial skills are required. The ability to work and communicate well with customers and fellow employees, both orally and in written form, is very important, as is a strong marketing/sales orientation. Must be neat in appearance and be able to work a flexible schedule.
