Job Duties:        

  • Accept Deposits
  • Cash Checks 
  • Process night deposits
  • Balance cash
  • Responsible for teller procedures                    

Requirements:                 

  • A high school education is required. 
  • Some previous work experience is preferred. 
  • Ability to work with large amounts of money and ability to run a ten-key calculator by touch. 
  • Must be able to work with and communicate well with customers and employees.

Full Time Teller - Various Branches

40 hours per week – must be available 7am – 7pm

Job Duties:                

  • Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Act as a paying and receiving teller.
  • Process commercial customer deposits.
  • Handle exchange, change orders, loan payments, etc.
  • Work closely with supervisor and customers when questions or problems arise.
  • Verify, straighten and bundle money sold to the vault. 
  • Provide friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
  • Travel to branch locations upon Operations Manager’s request.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work lobby and drive-ups and move from one to the other with ease.
