Send an E-Mail

Please keep in mind that many banking-related communications are not best suited to e-mail. For example, e-mail messages may not be reviewed by a bank representative immediately. For items needing immediate attention, you should call the bank or stop by in person. And you never want to send sensitive personal and account information like account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or PIN numbers via e-mail.

In addition, e-mail messages do not serve as a sufficient means for any requirement imposed on you to provide written notice, and e-mail messages may not be used to place a stop payment on a check, request account transfers, or report lost or stolen banking codes and/or cards.
