Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers and generate new loan business.
- Originate all mortgage loan types.
- Underwrite all mortgage loan types.
- Marketing calls on realtors, title companies, and customers.

Requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to maintain good working relations with realtors, customers, investors, title companies and employees are required (people orientated).
- Prior Mortgage Lending experience a must.
- Knowledge of regulations, procedures and compliance in origination underwriting, shipping, and closing all mortgage loan programs is needed.
- Extensive computer knowledge and skills is needed: Encompass Software Systems, Desktop Underwriter, Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle numerous tasks at one time is necessary.

Commercial Loan Officer - Commercial Loans

Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank/Lubbock National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing meeting.
- Develop and manage commercial loan accounts which meet established lending requirements and which provide maximum profitability to the Bank with a minimum of risk.
- To keep abreast of and to comply with commercial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A College Degree and equivalent and 5 years’ experience in all commercial lending. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and bank management. Must be able to create and maintain good company image in dealing with the public, both business and non-business contacts.
