Job Duties:

C. Set up and arrange furniture and items as specified for meeting rooms

Assistant Trust Officer - Asset Management

  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Assist Trust Administrators in the daily management of assigned accounts. This includes establishing, maintaining and terminating trust account files.
  • Prepare computer entries for receipts and disbursements as directed. Preparation of documents and correspondence, and client contact either in person or by telephone.
  • Assist in the administration of accounts, and prepare worksheets as required.
  • Prepare reports for administrators and bank management.
  • Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting.
  • Assist in administration of accounts for foundations, endowments, investment agencies, and trusts.

Requirements:      

College degree required and working knowledge of fiduciary principles and accounting required.  Good communication skills, both written and oral.  communicate effectively Must be able to create and maintain good Bank image in dealing with the public, both business and non-business contacts.   • Develop and manage commercial loan accounts which meet established lending requirements and which provide maximum profitability to the Bank with a minimum of risk.
